Mode 3 commitments are derived from the I-TIP New Zealand GATS commitments dataset and mapped to the linked scheduled service pages in this project.

Under the GATS, Mode 3 is commercial presence: the supplier from one Member establishes a presence in the territory of another Member to provide the service there. This is the mode used for local subsidiaries, branches and other in-market establishments.
