Mode 1 commitments are derived from the I-TIP New Zealand GATS commitments dataset and mapped to the linked scheduled service pages in this project.

Under the GATS, Mode 1 is cross-border supply: the service moves from the territory of one Member into the territory of another, without the supplier moving into the market itself. In this project, that is the clearest way to read remote delivery, online access and other services supplied to New Zealand from overseas.
